About Ting Yang

Ting Yang is a partner in King & Wood Mallesons’ dispute resolution department. She has more than 12 years of experience and has handled dozens of administrative penalty cases arising from misrepresentation, insider trading, etc, and represented listed companies, securities companies and credit rating agencies in securities litigation cases. Ms Yang is currently a director of the Securities Law Institute of the China Law Society and of the China Banking Law Society.
