About Tim de Raad

Tim de Raad specialises in (international) tax law and corporate tax law and has a focus on transactional and tax planning work in the fields of M&A and business restructurings, capital markets and structured finance. Tim is a member of the Dutch Bar Association and the Dutch Tax Advisors’ Association and holds a master’s degree in tax law from Leiden University. He joined Allen & Overy in 2019.
