About Thomas Skjelbred

Thomas Skjelbred is partner at Elden and co-chair of the firm’s white-collar crime litigation practice, as well as head of the firm’s practice on administrative law and sanctions. Prior to joining Elden in 2019, he spent 12 years with the National Authority for Investigation and Prosecution of Economic and Environmental Crime (ØKOKRIM) as a chief public prosecutor and Deputy Director, and three years as partner at Wiersholm. Thomas is a specialist in white-collar crime and regulatory defence. He has broad experience from many high-profile cases involving legal, political and reputational risk. Thomas works with administrative law, environmental law and corporate law. Thomas has extensive experience on compliance, anti-corruption and corporate penalty.
