About Thomas Frøbert

Thomas Frøbert has been a member of the Danish Bar Association since 1999. He is a partner and head of the tax department. Thomas is one of Denmark's and Europe’s leading VAT and indirect tax advisers. He renders advice to both international and Danish businesses on VAT and indirect tax matters, and he also handles a large number of court and administrative cases on VAT and transfer pricing. In addition, he advises Danish and international businesses on, among other things, M&A tax planning and reorganisation of Danish and non-Danish groups.
