About Thibault Lachacinski

Thibault Lachacinski is a partner at NFALAW who gives advice and litigates in the fields of sports law, intellectual property law, distribution law and contract law. Thibault has developed a recognised expertise in defending sports organisers before the courts, more specifically in cases of ambush marketing. He also assists sports bodies in negotiating and licensing their IP rights. Thibault regularly publishes legal articles devoted to sports news and gives lectures for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) at seminars organised in Africa. He is the co-author of a guidebook ordered by WIPO and dedicated to the implementation of IP law before French courts.
