About Thiago Garcia

Thiago Garcia is a law clerk of the employment and benefits practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown in the Rio de Janeiro office. His experience already includes labour advisory to national and multinational companies of multiple sectors of the economy, draft and analysis of employment contracts and internal policies, and assistance on global mobility matters. He has also been engaged on complex labour claims and administrative labour procedures and assisted on corporate transactions and union negotiations. Thiago has also acted as a university monitor in classes on labour law and sociology.
