About Tebogo Mapitse

Tebogo Mapitse is a partner in the BBL corporate department and also heads BBL’s compliance department. He specialises in corporate commercial transactions with a focus on energy regulation, mining, M&A, competition law, regulatory and advisory and insolvency and restructuring. Tebogo’s experience in the mining sector includes acting as co-counsel to Royal Gold in the Khoemacau Project; the liquidators of BCL Group of Companies in the disposal of the BCL mining assets; and Max Power Limited’s acquisition of Leboam Holdings Proprietary Limited and the Mowana Copper Mine.
