About Te Muykim

Te Muykim has worked in different sectors of law, including criminal law and civil law, focusing on commercial contracts and civil litigation. She is currently a member of HBS Law's Corporate and Tax Practice Group, the Civil, Commercial Litigation & ADR Practice Group, and the Japan desk. She has been handling corporate matters including share transfer and company incorporation, legal representation in civil and criminal litigation, and preparation of various agreements. Ms Te attended Yokohama National University, Japan, and obtained a Master of Law degree under the Japanese government's Monbukagakusho Scholarship in 2019. Her research focused on assignment of claims in the Cambodian Civil Code and Japanese Civil Code.
