About Tang Danni

Tang Danni is a senior associate at Haiwen. She joined Haiwen in 2014 and focuses her practice on media and entertainment matters, such as financing, development and production of film and television projects, financing and licensing in connection with location-based entertainment and M&A transactions in the entertainment sector. Ms Tang also advises on regulatory matters involved in the daily operation of the PRC subsidiaries of Hollywood studios and those relating to foreign direct investment in the entertainment industry.
