About Tormod Tingstad

Tormod Tingstad is a partner at Elden’s white-collar crime practice as well as a seasoned compliance specialist. He also heads the firm’s Investigations Team. Prior to joining Elden, Tingstad worked at Danish law firms Kammeradvokaten/Poul Schmith and Gorrissen Federspiel. Tingstad also has experience heading up forensics practices at Big Four, and from various positions the corporate world. Most recently, Tingstad was chief compliance officer at Yara International. Tingstad has spent a considerable amount of his career outside his native Norway, including throughout the Nordics, in the UK and in Asia. Apart from his law practice, Tingstad runs the compliance masterclass series in Norway and Denmark.
