About William Jensen

William Jensen is Of Counsel in Kirkland’s London IP team. His practice focuses on complex patent litigation and strategy in the telecommunications, electronics and life sciences areas. He advises on patents in a broad range of technologies, including in the automotive, robotics, telecoms, medical devices and life sciences sectors. He has advised on some of the most complex patent cases in the UK courts involving diverse legal issues including FRAND licensing, entitlement issues and IP ownership following insolvency.
