About Woosuk Jung

Woosuk Jung is a partner at Yulchon LLC who specialises in real estate and construction, restructuring and insolvency, insurance, administrative disputes, and corporate and finance. Woosuk has advised and represented clients in a broad range of international disputes, including investment arbitrations and US litigations. With his unique academic and practice experience, Woosuk is recognised as one of the leading practitioners of his generation. Prior to joining Yulchon, he worked at the Ministry of Justice, where he focused on international legal affairs of the Korean government.
