About Woojae Kim
Woojae Kim
focuses on international arbitration and international litigation, including large-scale construction arbitration cases. He completed his training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 2009 and worked as a judge advocate for three years and as an attorney at Lee & Ko before joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC (BKL) in 2013. Woojae has handled various construction arbitration cases since joining BKL and has advised clients on numerous construction-related claims. He has also represented clients in investor–state disputes, including the lawsuit filed by Lone Star Funds against the South Korean government. Woojae also has experience of representing clients in a number of international arbitration cases involving general corporate matters, post-M&A and energy issues.
