About Rikki Haria

Rikki Haria is a senior associate in Freshfields’ antitrust, competition and trade team. As a leading member of the firm’s global tech practice and an active participant in the firm’s fintech group, he has significant experience in advising clients on executing their product strategies and innovation plans in digital markets. Having advised on the CMA’s investigation that spearheaded the open banking initiative, Rikki continues to have a keen interest in advising on emerging legal issues in the fintech space. Rikki also helps clients to navigate different regulatory environments, including on the intersection of competition, data privacy and consumer protection law.
