About Rezan Ökten

Rezan Ökten is a counsel at Houthoff with in-depth transfer pricing knowledge and experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. Following experience with a Big Four accounting firm, he worked as a global in-house transfer pricing specialist at two of the largest technology and telecommunications companies in the world (Liberty Global and VEON). The experience he has gained on both sides of the table is at the heart of how Rezan advises clients. He also advises on business restructurings, intangibles, headquarter cost allocation models, financial transactions, advance pricing agreements, tax audits and dispute resolution. Rezan is a lecturer at the University of Amsterdam and a regular speaker at conferences.
