About Rashel Ann C Pomoy

Rashel Ann C Pomoy is a member of the labour group and the arbitration practice at Villaraza & Angangco. She has extensive experience in litigating single and multi-plaintiff cases before the National Labor Relations Commission. She advises various multinational corporations on employment matters, and works closely with law firms in other jurisdictions. Rashel is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration, the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. and the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators. She has also written for a variety of legal publications, and conducted various seminars in labour and employment in the Philippines and abroad, as well as teaching remedial law and civil law at the Centro Escolar University.
