About Ralph Hofmann-Credner

Ralph Hofmann-Credner worked for 18 years on contested matters in one of Austria's largest law firms, and has more than 20 years' experience of working in Austria, the US and the CEE/SEE region. He advises and represents risk carriers, financial institutions and corporate clients in complex, multiparty, multi-jurisdictional high-end cases. His working experience includes insurance products, such as accidents and health for athletes, business interruption, clinical trial, cyber, D&O, equine, E&O, fidelity, fine arts, general liability, yacht, property, tax liability, W&I and facultative reinsurance agreements. Ralph is admitted to the Vienna Bar Association and is a (non-practising) solicitor in England & Wales. He is Lloyd’s General Representative for Austria and also lectures on insurance law at university.
