About Rafał Kos

Rafał Kos is an attorney at law with a PhD and an LLM (Washington). He is a renowned expert on arbitration and has been the vice-president of the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration in Warsaw since 2014. Rafał was appointed as President and Judge of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Arbitration Court in 2022, a member of the Minister of Economy’s ADR Expert Team in 2013, and a member of the Polish delegation at the 73rd, 74th and 75th sessions of the UNCITRAL Working Group II ‒ Dispute Resolution/Arbitration and Conciliation in 2021 and 2022. He is the author of multiple publications and conference presentations on arbitration.
