About Ross Forrest

Ross Forrest is a senior associate at Kennedys and represents insurers and self-insureds in defending product and professional liability claims across a variety of sectors, including healthcare and retail. Ross has experience in representing both pursuer and defender clients in a wide range of complex contentious claims in the Sheriff Court, Court of Session and Supreme Court. He has gained significant advocacy experience by appearing on behalf of clients at all stages in the Sheriff Court. Ross has experience in alternative dispute resolution, with a special focus on mediation and arbitration procedure in Scotland.
