Ronald Kogens is a partner and co-head of MLL Meyerlustenberger Lachenal Froriep’s regulatory, fintech and DLT practice group. He specialises in disruptive and new technologies and represents companies at all stages of their life cycles. He has a profound knowledge of technology, IP and financial market law, in particular in the legal and technical aspects of fintech business models and the tokenisation of financial products, cloud infrastructures, data centres, licensing of IP rights, software development, and forming decentralised ecosystems using DLT as well as blockchain technology. Ronald Kogens is also specialised in angel investor financing, venture capital financing, and private equity financing transactions.
