About Romina Santroni

Romina Santroni is a partner of Santroni Parsons and oversees its environmental, real estate and hospitality practices. During her professional career, she has focused on environmental issues, including complex environmental permits, social conflicts, processes, land use, land planning, resort development, tourism, and general compliance for significant projects. Romina also advises clients on tax incentives, comprehensive licensing, and regulatory and construction issues. She designed the structure and strategy for developing more than 70 investment projects in the Dominican Republic within the tourist, industrial and movie sectors – projects that represented investments of USD4 quadrillion. Romina is responsible for reporting the status of compliance with IFC Standards and is a registered environmental consultant before the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources in the Dominican Republic.
