Rodrigo Garcia da Fonseca is a partner at Fonseca e Salles Lima Advogados Associados with more than 30 years of experience in the resolution of business disputes, acting in domestic and international arbitrations as well as in judicial and administrative litigation. Frequently appointed as arbitrator, he is a member of the lists of arbitrators of various Brazilian and foreign institutions. He has been recognised both in Brazil and abroad for his professional abilities, and is deeply involved in institutional activities. He is vice-president of CAM-CCBC and vice-president of the Arbitration Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association in Rio de Janeiro.
