About Rodrigo Benítez

Rodrigo Benítez is a partner in Schultz Carrasco Benítez's public and natural resources group, and has a postgraduate diploma in environmental law. His practice focuses on providing strategic advice on the environmental assessment of investment projects in areas such as mining, energy, infrastructure and agribusiness. He also advises clients on the administrative and judicial defence of these types of projects. Rodrigo was vice minister and head of the Legal Division of the Ministry of the Environment, and was also a member of the Presidential Advisory Commission for the study of a reform to Chile's environmental impact assessment system.
