About Robert Sliwinski

Robert Sliwinski is a barrister, chartered arbitrator, accredited adjudicator and mediator, quantity surveyor and dispute board member. Robert is registered to handle all matters before the DIFC Courts (Parts I and II). As an arbitrator, Robert has been involved in matters concerning professional negligence, property, delay analysis, costs, variations, defects, interpretation of contracts, repudiation and many other contract aspects in the areas of building, mechanical and electrical, wastewater treatment and process engineering. Robert has received over 400 appointments from the CIArb, CIC, AICA, CEDR, RICS and directly from disputed parties to act as the adjudicator.
