About Perusha Pillay-Shaik

Perusha Pillay-Shaik is a partner in the dispute resolution department in Johannesburg. She specialises in commercial litigation and has in-depth experience in class-action litigation, having represented a defendant in one of the largest class-action matters in South Africa. She has represented clients in various sectors and has experience in advising clients on different areas of law, including pensions law, customs and excise, and property-related disputes. She is an accredited mediator, having completed the Commercial Mediation Accreditation Programme with the Africa Centre for Dispute Settlement. Perusha has an LLB degree from the University of Natal.
