About Pekka Kiviniemi

Pekka Kiviniemi is a member of Kalliolaw's HR and technology practice teams. He represents listed and SME technology corporations in complex contract negotiations, and assists companies of all sizes in matters relating to e-commerce and IPR-related issues, as well as HR questions and data processing issues. Pekka carries out dispute resolution processes representing clients in all types and levels of courts in Finland and also in national and international arbitration proceedings. Pekka has also written articles and a book about email, and co-written books about the internet and e-commerce matters. He is a frequent speaker at events and seminars on subjects concerning HR and ICT matters.
