About Pedro Leonardo Pacheco Jiménez

Pedro Leonardo Pacheco Jiménez is a partner at Palacios Lleras. He holds specialisation degrees in commercial and financial law. Mr Pacheco has worked in private companies and for State regulators and has extensive experience litigating before domestic courts and arbitral tribunals in cases concerning commercial, corporate, financial, insurance, and public administrative law. He has represented clients in derivative actions and shareholder disputes, dealing, among others, with managers’ liability, abuse of voting rights, conflicts of interests, and annulment of corporate decisions. Mr Pacheco is currently a B-List Arbitrator at the Centre for Arbitration and Conciliation of the Colombian Superintendence of Companies.
