About Peter H. Knudsen

Peter H. Knudsen is a partner at DLA Piper Denmark with wide expertise within insolvency law, and – due to his experience in the financial sector – expertise within credit and the law of mortgages, including company charges. He has expertise relating to the professional liability of banks, including investor-protection legislation. Peter regularly advises banks and financial businesses on insolvency, credit, and mortgages law matters. Peter holds an LLM in international trade law from the University of Essex. He is a member of the Danish Association of Litigation Attorneys, the Danish Association for Banking and Finance law, the IBA, and the Association of Danish Insolvency Lawyers.
