About Peter Ling

Peter Ling is a partner at Lenz & Staehelin. His areas of practice are intellectual property, with a strong focus on patent litigation and arbitration, as well as life sciences issues; licensing, including licensing disputes and other technology transfer transactions; and unfair competition. Peter's professional associations/memberships include co-chair of the Licensing Executives Society International (LESI)'s Industry, University and Government Transactions Committee; member of the Enforcement Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA); and member of the Board of LES Switzerland. He has published on a wide range of intellectual property, life sciences and licensing topics, and is a lecturer at the Swiss Federal Institute for intellectual property.
