About Pamela Gisholt

Pamela Gisholt has worked as an associate in the Intellectual Property Enforcement and Information and Communications Technology departments of Arochi & Lindner since 2013. Pamela has extensive experience in the protection and enforcement of the intellectual property rights of leading companies across a variety of sectors, including the technology and electronics, entertainment and media, automotive, sports, fashion and luxury goods, and fast-moving consumer goods industries. She is a member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI), the National Association of Corporate Lawyers (ANADE), the International Anticounterfeiting Coalition (IACC) and the International Trademark Association (INTA).
