About Pam Webster

Pam Webster is the current managing partner of WEBSTER LP. She was educated at the University of the West Indies (LLB Hons, 1984); Norman Manley Law School (Legal Education Certificate, 1986); the International Development Law Institute (Rome, 1989) and the International Tax Academy (Holland, 1990). She was Crown Counsel, Government of Anguilla 1986-1987 and is the immediate past Leader of Opposition in the Government of Anguilla. Her practice areas are bankruptcy, company law, construction law, government relations, real estate and property insurance. Memberships include the Anguilla Bar Association, the Anguilla Financial Services Association (former president), Anguilla Finance Limited (former chair), the International Tax Planning Association, the International Fiscal Association, the International Bar Association and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
