About Paula Margolis

Paula Margolis is a corporate affairs lawyer in Kennedys’ London office.  Paula takes responsibility for identifying and analysing business critical issues and emerging risks, including the impact of legal and political shifts, on companies and insurers, particularly those operating in the life sciences and consumer products sectors. Paula has contributed to a portfolio of publications, articles and seminars on topics in these fields with a particular focus on product liability, product safety and group litigation. In her previous role as a senior associate at Kennedys, Paula represented insurers and manufacturers in relation to product liability claims, mass torts and recalls within the medical device, pharmaceutical and consumer sectors.
