About Paulo Brancher

Paulo Brancher focuses on technology, financial products, and transactional work related to innovative industries at Mattos Filho. He holds a PhD from the São Paulo Catholic University (PUC/SP), where he teaches business law and technology law. Paulo was the chairman of the Brazilian Association of Information Technology and Communications (ABDTIC). He is currently a member of the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw), having served for six years as a member of the board of directors. He has published several books and is the co-editor of the law journal "Direito Empresarial na Economia Digital" (Business Law in the Digital Economy).
