About Patrick Jonhera

Patrick Jonhera is a partner at AB & David. His practice focuses on commercial transactions in the energy, infrastructure, manufacturing and mining industries. Patrick advises clients on cross-border M&A, competition, divestures, shareholder disputes and joint ventures. He is also a lecturer in Corporate Law at the University of Zimbabwe, and a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe. Major clients include the Infrastructure Development Bank of Zimbabwe (IDBZ), the Enerfin Elecnor group, Tetrad Investment Bank, Tianze Tobacco Limited and Waica Re Zimbabwe Limited.
