Søren Lundsgaard , a partner at Bech-Bruun, is one of the most sought-after litigators in Denmark. Søren has extensive experience conducting trials involving matters of high complexity within a variety of different practice areas (eg, the liability of professionals such as attorneys, auditors and board members). He is often appointed as an arbitrator. Søren is a member of the Danish Supreme Court Bar Association, the International Insurance Law Association (AIDA) and the Danish Arbitration Association. Søren is also head of the ethics committee of the Association of Danish Law Firms.
