About Suhaib Hammad

Suhaib Hammad is a partner who leads the Commercial & IP practice of Hammad & Al-Mehdar, which he joined in 2009 after he earned his LLB from the International Islamic University in Malaysia. He obtained an LLM from the University of Miami in 2010, specialising in international business law. He has a vast array of international legal experience that he gained from working on secondment with a prominent English law firm in London and Dubai, and has worked on leading cross-border transactions, as well as working for a brief period in the USA and Malaysia during his studies. His experience includes advising major international defence and healthcare companies on Saudi regulations.
