About Stathis Potamitis

Stathis Potamitis is the founder and senior partner of POTAMITISVEKRIS and heads both the insolvency and restructuring and the corporate and M&A teams. Stathis is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, an INSOL International Fellow, and a member of the International Insolvency Institute. He has been involved with corporate restructurings, bank resolutions, liquidations of investment service firms, and bank recapitalisations.
