About Simon Holzer

Simon Holzer heads MLL’s patent and life sciences team. He has vast experience in all areas of IP law, with a clear focus on patent disputes and transactions. Simon is a leading figure in a wide range of industries and technologies, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and telecommunications. In 2010, the Swiss parliament appointed him as a part-time judge of the Swiss Federal Patent Court.
