About Simon Planzer

Simon Planzer is a partner at PLANZER LAW AG, admitted to practise in Swiss and EU/EEA courts, and he has specialised in EU/EEA and Swiss gaming law for more than 15 years. He has substantially contributed to the cause of empirical-based and sound gaming regulation. Dr Planzer is a member of the International Association of Gaming Advisors and the International Masters of Gaming Law and has been invited repeatedly by both the International Association of Gaming Regulators and the Gaming Regulators European Forum to present to regulators. Dr Planzer also serves as a lecturer in law and director of the “Competence Center on Gaming & Entertainment” at the University of St Gallen.
