About Sihem Hassani

Sihem Hassani is an associate in Hogan Lovells' Paris office, and focuses her practice on privacy, cybersecurity and TMT more generally. She regularly advises clients from a wide variety of sectors (eg, e-commerce, banking, insurance, social media, industry, retail, media) on complying with data protection regulations. She has worked on projects involving complex data protection issues, such as the transfer of data outside the European Union, the reuse of publicly accessible data, or the use of cookies. She also assists clients in conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments and GDPR compliance projects, as well as in the context of personal data breach. In addition, she has developed expertise in North African data protection laws (Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco).
