About Shreyas Jayasimha

Shreyas Jayasimha is the founder of Aarna Law in India as well as Simha Law in Singapore. He is an advocate, arbitrator and mediator with over 19 years of experience in domestic and international dispute resolution across a variety of industrial sectors. Recently, he has established Aarna ADR in Maxwell Chambers, Singapore. In addition to being a member of the Foundation for International Arbitration Advocacy (FIAA), Geneva, since 2012, he serves as national co-ordinator for the UNCITRAL National Co-ordination Committee of India (UNCCI) as well as being a member of the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA) Council. Also, he is the only Indian-based representative of the ICC Fraudnet whose focus is on asset tracing and recovery.
