About Shine Koh

Shine Koh won various academic awards while studying at university, including the Brian J Singleton QB Memorial Prize – best academic award in Criminal Law and Procedure – and the STEP Western Australia Prize for the best overall essay on equity and trusts. Since graduating in 2015, Shine has developed a specialist practice in insurance law. She acts for various insurers in Singapore on a wide range of insurance-related matters, including work injury matters under the Common Law and Work Injury Compensation Act, recovery and subrogation matters, public liability matters, association liability matters, and professional indemnity matters.
