Sharon Izaguirre
leads the corporate and M&A practice at Deloitte Legal Spain. She has advised for over 20 years in the areas of cross-border M&A and PE, and regularly works for both local and foreign investors in their transactions in Spain. Sharon has written articles on M&A and PE (the latest being “Los corporates pisan el acelerador para obtener liquidez”). Sharon has achieved recognition for her expertise and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
