About Santeri Järvelä

Santeri Järvelä is an associate in HPP’s transactions team and also a member of the firm’s sector-specific energy team. Santeri advises clients on the whole range of corporate and M&A transactions, as well as advising on the legal issues arising from project development related to Finnish renewable energy projects. Santeri has particular experience in drafting and negotiating corporate power purchase agreements.
