About Nirmalan Amirthanesan

Nirmalan Amirthanesan is an Australian lawyer who has been practising in Myanmar since joining MHM in 2016. Prior to this, he worked at the Australian Treasury and Australia’s competition regulator, the ACCC, advising on a range of regulatory matters, particularly Australia’s foreign investment regulations and investment treaty negotiations, competition and consumer laws, and company tax.
