About Nicolás Zisis

Nicolás Zisis is an associate in BMAJ’s international and domestic arbitration practice area. His practice focuses on the resolution of complex civil and commercial lawsuits, conflicts between shareholders, insolvency processes and company reorganisations, and lawsuits in the construction, mining and energy sectors, among others. He has participated in multiple cases under ICC, ICSID, CAM Santiago and SCC rules, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations, both nationally and internationally. Zisis holds an LLM from Oxford University (2017) and participated in the international internship programme at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London, UK (2017–18). He is a professor of private law at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile.
