About Nicolò d’Elia

Nicolò d’Elia joined CMS in 2013 and became partner in the Dispute Resolution & Insurance team in 2021. He focuses on the areas of commercial, corporate, finance and insurance law. He assists national and international insurance companies, brokers, managing general agents (MGAs) and third party administrators (TPAs) on a wide range of insurance claims (eg, D&O, professional indemnity, public officials liability, medical malpractice, general liability and cyber) and advises clients on regulatory matters, corporate issues, negotiations, drafting or localising contracts and insurance products, placing warranty and indemnity policies, as well as on cyber issues. He assists clients before IVASS and carries out audits of MGAs, TPAs and law firms on behalf of insurers.
