About Napasa Cheydet

Napasa Cheydet is active in the Corporate & Commercial and Competition practice groups at Baker McKenzie. She provides legal advice in various areas, including foreign business law, investment promotion, trade competition, employment, and consumer protection law. She also provides legal advice with respect to a range of corporate and commercial matters, including general corporate issues, corporate and shareholding structures, and M&A, as well as preparing and handling documentation, or applications, in relation to corporate matters at private companies. Napasa assists in representing multinational companies in Thai court disputes in cases relating to employment and international trade, as well as assisting multinational companies in their internal corporate investigations.
