About Mike Timpone

Mike Timpone is a partner at Seward & Kissel and the head of the firm’s transportation finance group. He represents US and non-US banks and other institutional lenders in connection with secured loans and other financing transactions, as well as corporations and other business entities as borrowers in these transactions. In these capacities, Mike has worked on matters ranging from the formation of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, asset finance transactions, registered and unregistered securities transactions, to restructurings. Mike has been acknowledged as an industry leader by various legal and maritime publications and regularly speaks at industry events globally.
