Michael J. Bendel is a shareholder with Davis|Kuelthau’s intellectual property team. His focus on intellectual property for over 25 years started in private practice serving individuals and small to large companies, then to in-house counsel at a Fortune 200 company, and then back into private practice. Mike partners with clients to identify key innovations and marks for protection and helps develop the right-sized intellectual property plan to drive business results. He assists clients in all phases of intellectual property, both domestic and international, and protecting patent, trade mark, trade dress, copyright and trade secret rights.
